It boils that to the type of job you are doing some online jobs pays more than some offline jobs and vice versa so it's a matter of what an individual is doing at that particular season but as for me I pick online jobs any day

I have never had a traditional 9-5 job due to my health condition so I go for online jobs. It really depends on the person, to be honest.

The amount we earn online or offline is not specific, it all boils down to what you do. There are some offline jobs that pays $1000 and above, especially does in the engineering sector. Offshore workers and the likes. While there are also online jobs you can make up to $500 and above per month.
I have earned more doing online works but that's years back not now.

Offline jobs come with a lot of perks such as employer benefits, insurance, pension, retirement benefits etc. which is not the case with online jobs
According to me the offline hustles pay far much better than most online tasks for sure.
I think offline jobs pay higher than the online jobs. Although I have seen people doing great from online sites but they're rare and have skills to do so
Every individual could have their own experience and views but in my view one can earn much sure money in offline job. Online earning is now full of scammers as I recently lost my two months for airdrops I didn't earn money but loosed as they given me reward of $1 and when I get this in my wallet they cut 2$ fee.
Currently, I am doing both. I do translation work offline. I send the completed job to my client via email. For online activities, I mainly complete surveys and post on forums. But my main source of income is translation.
The fact remains the same that it depends on the personal qualifications and the level of the proficiency on both of the online and offline ventures. The most experienced personnel tends to earn handsomely online.
I think that the online earning may look so difficulty and slow at earning for the unskilled and inexperienced for that matter.
I think that in both of the scenarios the players must have undergone some training or holding diplomas and degrees to be successful in each of them. There is a saying that goes, education is the key.
Offline jobs gives fixed salary for month while online jobs earning depends on sites, our experience, there is a lot of competition because we work on comfortable time.

Online jobs have higher pay then offline pay. I make way more then i used to earn offline. Which is why i choose to stick with online jobs.
It has a pro and a con, it depends on your job, because there are people who earn more offline and there are others who earn more online, the pro of online is that you reach everyone in the world, the con is that you have a lot of competition, the pro of offline jobs is that you have little competition, the con is that you reach a limited number of people
