Have you ever wondered how the financial journey of people differs from one person to another? For some people, their financial journey is determined by their family background. People from poor financial background always have steeper financial journeys. What do you think?

Yes, people who are born with a silver spoon have a smoother financial journey provided s(he) manages his/her wealth properly. For people born in a poor family, that does not mean s(he) cannot become rich someday. If s(he) works hard at school, get a good education, and have a smart mind, s(he)'ll succeed.

If you come from a rich family, you are likely to have better financial resources, especially if you know how to manage your money effectively. Meanwhile, people from less affluent families often have to work harder to secure a brighter future.

Your observation is true. When you are from middle class family, it is easier to scale through and become financial okay. On the other way round, if you are from poor family background, you have a lot of work to do. You have to start from scratch and do a lot of groundwork.

Obviously. If John Doe was born in a poor family, this means his family can't pay the best schools so he could get the best education level to cope with a demanding university course (for ex., like Medicine). As the most demanding university courses lead to well paid careers. In addition, as in a lot of poor families don't lack lavishing members, this John Doe will often feel himself in charge of them, if after many efforts and sacrifices they reach a good position. So his salaries will be divided into his brother Jerry Doe and his in-law Jack Doe. In such a way, it's hard to leave poverty (I really have known a couple bumping into such a mishap).

There are some high profile connections that children of rich people naturally step into. And they would automatically become rich. Children from poor homes really have to struggle to get such connections.

You can still live above your family means but you just have to work harder and smarter to get there.
Anyone from a poor background would have to work very hard and also hope so much that good fortune helps them to break that cycle of financial disadvantage.
