The only disadvantages I can think of is the slow internet seed the service provider would intentionally give, or limited space to download.

I think that is the only disadvantage for the unlimited internet that the internet speed is lowered very much so that that service providers can really reap much on that.

I have realised that the unlimited internet packages in my country are very expensive so to speak. Most of them start at 30-50 dollars in a month.
