I am one person that loves to have peace. And one thing that can take away peace from a person is bills. That is why I love to clear my bills in advance. If I can. I do three months advance for major bills. It gives me peace of mind.

Do you feel this way too?
 
We don't have advance payment facility for bills like water, electricity, utility etc. We can pay only when we get the bill and the payment window is open. Wherever I can, I do that. I pay the whole semester fees for both my daughter's college in advance at the beginning of the session. They also give some concession when we pay in bulk in the beginning.

It is also the same here: no advance payment for water, internet, and current bills except for those already mentioned, like loans and tuition fees. They could be made in advance. I like a tuition feel that is fully paid in one semester. The feeling is so relaxed
 
I am also paying the bills in advance one week before their due dates. If payment is delayed even one day, there will be cancellation notice. If it happens, the homeowners will undergo training again and to pay the penalty.
 
It's great to know that. It can definitely provide peace of mind. I don't have to worry about my electricity bills in my current apartment since they are included in the rent, which helps me feel more at ease.

Wow, you're lucky to have a generous landlord. Is the apartment rent there in numerical? Don't you plan to buy your own home through National Home Mortgage?
 
Currently, I almost rarely see bills that can be paid three months in advance, such as electricity, water and WiFi bills, which are paid every month, except for paying for courses, we can pay in full at once, besides, there is a principle that the value of money now is more valuable than in the next two months.
 
Yes i usually feel relaxed whenever i am able to pay my bills a few months ahead, it gives me peace of mind as I do not have to worry about that particular bill for a while.
