Business expansion is a strategy to expand the reach or scale of a business operation carried out by entrepreneurs. Business expansion strategies can be carried out both internally and externally. Internally, such as buying new machines, increasing the number of customers and services, etc. while external expansion focuses on opening new markets/branches, acquiring other companies, etc. So in your opinion, what are the benefits or goals of business expansion?
