It's a good to start business. If you lack a skill you can hire skilled in tailoring affairs in your locality. Just provide at least two tailors then add your manpower once see your business gaining. There are many activities during gradation, Christmas, feast and more needing tailors to design the outfit they like.

Yesh you are Right, the tailoring business just need one having the right skills but if not it will be better to get those with the skill to help you out and you put them salaty or on commission basis

That's right, that's how tailoring services are done here. The owner of the tailoring hires skilled in tailoring and pay them weekly. They're also given a commission of 5 percent from the total gross income of the tailoring in a week.

Most important is set how much capital are you willing to invest because this will determine the kind of tailoring shop you will establish. There are different sewing machines that have specific functions so make sure you have set goals. You cannot use ordinary machines for every design.

Agree with that capital , manpower, location, cloth suppliers and the services the tailoring owner could provide to the customers. The venue should be visible if possible along the road easy for the prospective customers to locate.

Nowadays ready to wear apparels at affordable prices are flooding the market and most people prefer buying them than making a made to order trousers and garment.

That's right but schools, players especially during intrams, parade, fiesta, and other gatherings flock to a tailoring for their uniforms and costumes. Though it's seasonal but the profit is huge. There are also individuals who prefer a tailor to sew their pants. This time the performance of the tailoring is not good because of inflation. People have other preferences to acquire uniforms.

There are many tailoring shops in here and those businesses are prospering a lot. This is due to the fact that there are many people who love to get their clothes designed and this also includes many fashion enthusiasts as well. You can learn this skill and start such kind of shop if you want.

Also here in the city where I live, there are many tailoring shops that means they profit. There's no tailoring to thrive if they don't have customers. I prefer to order pants in a tailoring than buying in the malls. In a tailoring we can request the design we like, right?

I think that professional tailors have the ability to design clothes. They can design any kind of clothes, as they may have the right kind of skills to do so. There are many people in here who like traditional dresses in here. So, it depends on the tastes of the customer. A skilled tailor should be able to design each and every kind of dress.

Aside from what you mentioned above, for me, it is a must that when anybody does business, they have to have marketing strategies, especially nowadays where there is lots of competition.

Indeed, there are many different kinds of tailors in here. Some of them are ladies tailor and some of them are gents tailor. I think that being a ladies tailor may be more profitable because there are many women in here who prefer custom-made clothes and they may avail the services of tailors that may prepare a custom-made clothes for them.

Also here, there are many boutiques manned by women and many tailoring shops manned by men. When we prefer tailoring, it's because of the style we want and the quality of the garments. We can bring to the tailor our own cloth and have them design what we like. There is also an accurate fitting and if not tailors are willing to adjust..
