A woman native of Ecuador dies in an ambulance, after a lipo realized in an illegal medical office (the woman didn't know the medical office was illegal). It looks like she had a pulmonary embolus after the surgery. In the ambulance, the driver and the anesthesiologist began to fight, delaying the arrival to the emergency. They are investigated together with the plastic surgeon, his accountant and a false practitioner who addressed the woman to that illegal medical office.
 
As she was from Ecuador, she had no idea about the best plastic surgeons' medical offices. Possibly, the low-cost surgery (that cost 4300 euros) should be a signal to not trust that medical office (that was targeting the Latin American community in Rome). But 4300 euros is still a huge amount for a Latin American, so it was easy for the fraudsters to cheat the woman (and the cheating had a tragic end).

It also happened in my country, a lady went to Manila for the ad only to have a face deformed. The lipo was a fake , but she was caught right away and ailed for life.

The victim of a fake lipo survived. She approached Becky Beloz the famous doctor for a case like this. Dr. Belo is the beauty doctor of the celebrities.
