Labor unions are formed by workers who voluntarily join to negotiate collectively with employers. The union’s strength and effectiveness depend on the number of members it represents. This is mostly organized by big corporations and multi-national companies. Their rights will be protected by the labor Union. My sister is a senior chemist at Del Monte Philippines, Incorporated, and all of the employees are automatically members of a Labor Union. There is a satellite office of the Labor Union in their company to answer the problems of the workers. There are 5,000 of them working in Del Monte Philippines, Incorporated

In my country, the PNP aren't required to apply membership at Labor Union only the multi - national companies and corporations. These companies and corporations aren't granted permits to operate business without certifications from the Labor Unions. Their membership at a Labor Union is reflected at the back of their company ID duly signed by the Labor Union Head.

There is nothing negative about joining labor unions. It helps to push professionalism in some jobs.
Yes, it allows them to negotiate better wages, benefits, and working conditions, and to protect themselves from unfair treatment and unsafe practices

Only a very multi national companies and big corporations accepted the offer of a Labor Union to cover their employees. Perhaps they are afraid to get caught of their employee abuses like sacking without a due process.

That’s actually a solid setup. Having a union office right there in the company makes a big difference because workers don’t have to run around looking for help when something comes up. My uncle works at a plant with no union, and he always says they basically have to just take whatever management decides. Numbers really do give people a voice.

Indeed, being a member of a Labor Union gives difference. It's the voice of the employees who might suffer rejection and unfair treatment by a company management. It's the Labor Union to fight for the employees side to get heard.

There's no bribery that happened in my country. This union is manned by top notch lawyers. They are under the umbrella of the national government whose aim is to protect the rights of the workers under its jurisdiction.
