I was even thinking it was like a sequel or something. @Sanjeev so you don't watch action movies at all?I don't think I'll watch it, since the original Karate Kid saga doesn't exist, I honestly don't think it's going to be a good movie. As I said, I prefer to watch the originals or something different.
I love action movies, I never said I don't like them, they're the genre I like the most, but when they overexploit a franchise that makes no sense to continue making it because the original is excellent, I'm not even interested in watching it like this movie, it's another sequel and it's canon, I'm not saying it's bad but will it never be better than the original saga? There comes a point where it makes no sense to exploit a saga in this way, like Toy Story, Star Wars or Harry Potter, I understand that they have books and they can continue making movies, but what's the point? If the original sagas are the best and if you tell me that they respect the canon of the first and original ones, it seems fine to me, but generally they tend to change the entire canon of the originals and they make no sense at all, although obviously if you like it everything is excellent and watch it without problemsIs it a complete remake? Yes you have a point though, at the end of the day the whole plots feels forced and can never really give that feeling the first part gave.I love action movies, I never said I don't like them, they're the genre I like the most, but when they overexploit a franchise that makes no sense to continue making it because the original is excellent, I'm not even interested in watching it like this movie, it's another sequel and it's canon, I'm not saying it's bad but will it never be better than the original saga? You have watched this new karate kid? How was it like? Was it better than the first one?Of course, I have watched it. I like Jackie Chan. But this time he's old, I no longer see his movie or new movie. o
