Yes because we hate such failure and promise not to fail again. It's from failure we discover our true self and potentialities. We'll be hard as a stone.

Yes it adds to our experience, next time we won't make that same mistake again cause we have been through it before, so we can easily detect them before it happens.

It's from failure that we become strong, It's not easy to deal failure but accepting it could give the person a second chance.
