Hi lectures and teachers.I want to know and understand if its possible for a parent to delay his or her child's education? If so what are the implications of such behaviour where you are?

It is not right to delay a child's education. In most countries of the world, there is free basic education. If you don't have fund for sponsoring a child education, you should allow the child to go free educational centers!

True i guess most of the time as parents become so ignorant about that fact of free education ,i believe tha every child is untitled to education and no one should be ignorant of such,you have a valid point there.
In India we can't do that as there's an age limit for schooling and higher education.

Actually that's so perfect,it now force anyone and everyone to do the right thing let the kid study and have the right to education.
Sometimes parents can't afford children's education at the right age. If the age limit is not there a person can study at any age he/she can bear the cost of education.

Over here most parents delay their children's education not because they want to, but because they do not have the needed capital to sponsor them.
