I think that generally banks are not to reveal the bank details of a person to a third party. Is there any situation that it would be fair and right for the bank to reveal the details of a customer's account to a third party?

Does my bank have the right to reveal my account details to anyone under any circumstance?

No! The bank have not right to reveal your identity to amybody except for government officials when there is suspicious transactions on your account. Apart from that, the bank will breach trust if they reveal your account details!
The bank does not have the right to reveal your bank accounts to a third party except to the authorities investigating suspicious transactions.
Your bank is obligated to hand over all your details to the governmnet, provided that there is a supporting court order.

I don't think your bank has the right to share any of your information to anyone in your absence, you need to be there or at least give them your concept.
The bank doesn't have any right to reveal bank details to anyone other person excepting the account holder.
Only a court order is permitted for the bank details of their customer to be revealed. Even a random security agent can't access bank details if individuals.
In fact, there are laws or regulations that prohibit every financial institution from disclosing or revealing customer personal data to anyone, except to the courts, prosecutors, police, or tax offices.
If your bank leaks your account information without a court order, you can sue them for millions in compensation and win without stress.

The privacy policy of a registered bank doesn't allow them to reveal bank details to even your employer.
No that's totally wrong. They don't need to do that at all. You can even sue them if they try such
l normal circumstances the banks are never allowed to disclose customer's credentials to anyone unless being directed by the court of law.
Banks usually cannot give your secrets to anyone without a court order. This protects your security and your money. If you are concerned about your information, ask the bank directly. Do not let anyone ask you for your information by phone or email. Many people are scammed that way. Remember to be very careful with your personal information. Not even relatives should know everything. Keep your secrets safe.

It is unprofessional for a bank to give your personal details to anyone. And if they do, they can be cautioned for that.
