I don't know about situations like this. But this is a very unfair thing you do.

I haven't heard about investors here experiencing something like this, so am guessing it is not something common.

The stalker is monitoring the online activities very closely and making phone calls repeatedly, causing some mental stress to the investor who is receiving the phone calls.

Is there no way these people can be reported to prevent them from causing harms to legit investors and the likes?

This is always my take. They just have to be fished out and reported or criminal actions taken against them
