Some people believe that crypto is not a good investment. It is important to remember that this is just one perspective, and there are also arguments in favor of investing in crypto. Why do some people believe that crypto is not a good investment? These are the following reasons

2. Lack of regulation;

3. Complexity;

4. Security risks;

5 Limited use cases;

6. Environmental concerns;

7. Speculative Bubble;

8. Competition;

9. Tax implications, and

10. Potential scams.

Whether or not cryptocurrency is a good investment depends on your individual risk tolerance. It is also important to diversify your investment portfolio and not put all your eggs in one basket. Crypto should only be a small part of your overall investment strategy. you are risk–averse, you may want to avoid investing in crypto altogether.

There are several reasons why some people believe that cryptocurrency is not a good investment, including its volatility, lack of regulation, complexity, security risks, and limited cases. It is important to carefully consider these risks before investing in crypto.

Main thing to keep in mind, when we think to invest in crypto is to selection of crypto. If we are thinking to invest in PEPE which don't have any use case then it is useless. On the other hand if we invest in PAXG (gold) then it remain a good investment.

Various negative views about crypto are often expressed by governments, crypto haters, and even Warren Buffett, who once called it rat poison, but he now also invests in crypto or buys shares in crypto-friendly banks. Several major American stock exchanges have even opened crypto ETF trading, as have other countries like Indonesia. Personally, investing in crypto has also multiplied the invested capital dozens of times.

If we compare the growth rates of Bitcoin and Apple stock (AAPL) over the past five years (2020-2025),
Bitcoin grew by 890%, while Apple stock grew by 105%.
Using a simple analogy, Bitcoin can be likened to a tree that can grow rapidly and produce abundant fruit, but is very vulnerable and can easily fall or be damaged by extreme weather.
Meanwhile, AAPL is like a sturdy apple tree that grows slowly and consistently provides returns. Therefore, the choice will depend heavily on the investor's risk profile.

It all depends on the belief and understanding of the crypto holder; if he believes it is dangerous, then he should not invest. He must know the risk, or invest only in something he can afford to lose.

When considering investing in crypto, it’s important to choose a token that has real-world applications. For example, PEPE is a popular meme coin that is popular because of its community and market movements, but it has no direct real-world applications. It may be attractive to those interested in short-term or speculative trading, but it carries significant risk of price fluctuations and volatility.

On the other hand, PAXG (PAX Gold) is a token that is directly backed by physical gold. This means that each PAXG token represents a fraction of the physical gold held, making it a more stable option for investors looking for long-term security. PAXG is considered a digital way to invest in gold, and can be a good way to protect the value of your assets against large market fluctuations.
