How often do you run to the beauty palour? I don't go at all. Our Indian kitchen has all the ingredients needed to maintain a woman's beauty. To make a scrub we can powder the walnut shell, mix it with milk and apply it both on our face and body. For cleansing our face and body we can add powdered neem leaves, gram flour, turmeric to milk or yogurt and apply to on our face and body it cleanses our body and face but gives it a glow if we use these at least once a week. Along with this a good food habit and regular exercise helps us to stay young and beautiful for long.

I think you have a very interesting and valuable perspective on natural care and the importance of homemade ingredients. Often, in our pursuit of beauty, we forget that what nature offers can be just as, or even more, effective than commercial products. The idea of using ingredients like walnuts, neem, gram flour, and turmeric, which are also common in many traditional kitchens, is an economical and healthy way to take care of ourselves. Furthermore, maintaining good eating habits and exercising regularly are key to feeling and looking good in the long run. I don't believe it's necessary to spend a lot of money on expensive treatments when nature provides everything we need to stay healthy and radiant. Consistency and respect for our bodies with natural ingredients can make a big difference to our skin and overall health.

That's true. It's no use spending money on something that doesn't help you to maintain your beauty and keep your skin healthy.

Natural care is classy and very dignified is something a woman should do every now and then to help her skin glow better
Yes, you are right. The process saves both time and money.

I also don't see the need to run to the beauty parlor every time we have fresh ingredients in the kitchen to take care of our body. Walnut shell if you grind it into powder and mix it with milk becomes a very strong scrub for the face and body. For cleansing you can use neem powder gram flour turmeric and mix it with milk or yogurt and this removes dirt and gives a fresh glow. If you set a routine to use it once a week the results are very good. Also if you eat good food and exercise regularly the body stays fit and the skin remains fresh and youthful for a long time.

All these products in the kitchen are fresh and not adulterated.

There are cosmetics sold in pharmacies and derma clinics that help ladies and even boys to maintain their body image, to look flawless and appealing baby face .
That's true, but why spend money when we can get it free in our kitchen.

The best way to maintain your beauty is through natural remedies, the funny this is that these ingredients are actually more effective and safer than those creams and the likes.
