I often encounter novice entrepreneurs/businesspeople who complain or become crybabies when they encounter problems, asking their parents for guidance, and many even ask for additional capital due to losses they've incurred.

An entrepreneur should be able to be independent without having to share the difficulties they've encountered that make their parents cry. Personally, I've never told anyone about my business failures, even though I closed them due to work commitments. What about you? Do you tell your parents about all the business difficulties you've encountered?

What a pity, if an entrepreneur is a cry baby. He doesn't deserve to be an entrepreneur if he is not emotionally intelligent and resilient. He can approach a veteran entrepreneur without crying as if like a loser 😁.

I don't see anything wrong that an entrepreneur is a cry baby! We have different ways we use to let out our frustrations. Crying is not wrong. After crying, what next is the most important path. Some will not cry but quit and abandon all years of hard work. Failure should be a motivating factor to continue!
