👀 COMING SOON… Reward Walrus - Android - Earn Money App

Okay! So quick update...

I've finished up the final polishing and structuring of the app. Now all that is left is to conduct testing and ensure everything is in place and working properly.

I am aiming to launch the app on February 1st if everything works out correctly! Get ready guys. :)

@Suba — quick question so I can better understand what actually works in Indonesia
  • Are you able to receive and convert USDC easily where you live?
  • If yes, what’s the usual process (exchanges, wallets, fees, delays)?
  • Are there any limitations or restrictions I should be aware of?
  • Is there a preferred or more commonly used cryptocurrency in Indonesia (USDC, USDT, others)?
  • Outside of crypto, what payment methods do people typically use that work reliably?
No promises yet — I’m just gathering real-world info so I can see what might be feasible down the road. Appreciate any insight you can share.

@Fire&Rain — Our rewards provider doesn't support options for Botswana. However, here are some quick question so I can better understand what actually works in your country.

@Devin , happy to share some insight from Botswana.
  1. USDC handling: Yes, it’s possible to receive and convert USDC, but there’s no local exchange that supports direct conversion. Most people use Binance or KuCoin to convert USDC to BWP through P2P.
  2. Limitations/Restrictions: No strict crypto bans here
  3. Preferred cryptocurrencies: USDT and USDC are both commonly used, but USDT is slightly more popular for local P2P trades.
  4. Other payment methods: PayPal works and is supported for local cashouts directly.
Hope that helps—happy to provide more detail if needed.

I’m opening a very limited soft launch for Reward Walrus strictly for testing purposes.

👉 Only 3 individuals will be selected.

This is a real test environment, meaning:
  • You will earn actual coins
  • You will be able to redeem real rewards
  • Your account will NOT be deleted and will carry over when the app officially launches

I’m looking for testers who can genuinely invest around 3–6 hours this week exploring the app and helping ensure:
  • Offers credit properly
  • Coins are awarded correctly
  • Redemptions function as expected
  • Overall app flow feels smooth

If you’re detail-oriented, patient, and willing to provide honest feedback, I’d love your help.

📩 If you’re interested, message me directly and let me know you’d like to participate. I’ll then provide the direct download file for your device if selected.

Please note: I reserve the right to accept or deny participants to ensure the best possible testing experience.

Tagging individuals who have shown interest in this thread: @Fire&Rain , @Starmix , @freelancermaria , @Suba , @BeeRoyal13 , @Stardom22 , @Passionate-writer , @pousinha , @The Hulk , @aninditasen , @monster_masterpiece , @eLdavis , @Fidelia , @magnus2022 , @Augusta

🚨 Reward Walrus – FINAL TESTING PHASE (Limited Spots) 🚨

Hey everyone 👋
We’re officially at the final hurdle before launching Reward Walrus on the Google Play Store — and I’m inviting a small group from the DB community to be part of this from the ground floor.

🔍 What’s needed

Google requires a minimum of 14 testers to have the app installed for 14 consecutive days before we can go live publicly.

To qualify:
  • You must opt in through a private Google Play testing link
  • Install Reward Walrus directly from Google Play
  • Keep the app installed for 14 days
  • You do not need to use it daily — just keep it installed
👉 Important:
If you previously installed Reward Walrus via a manual download, that’s totally fine. When testing officially begins, you’ll simply uninstall the manual version and reinstall through the private Play Store link so Google can track it properly.

💰 Tester Reward

Everyone who:
✔️ Opts in
✔️ Installs via the Play Store
✔️ Keeps the app installed for the full 14 days

Will receive a $2.50 bonus (2,500 Walrus Coins) added directly to their Reward Walrus account as a thank-you for helping us launch.

🧪 Optional (but very helpful)

During the testing period, I’ll also provide:
  • A Google Form for:
    • Feedback
    • Suggestions
    • Bug reports
    • UI/UX thoughts
This keeps everything organized and helps ensure the app launches in the best shape possible.

I’ll also create:
  • A Google Group or chat space so testers can communicate in real time if needed

🌍 Why this is actually cool

If you join this testing group, you’ll be:
  • Among the first users ever on Reward Walrus
  • Helping launch a global rewards platform
  • Supporting an app designed not just for top-tier countries, but also smaller and underserved regions
  • Directly influencing how the platform grows and evolves
This is more than testing — this is helping shape something from the very beginning.

🚀 Final note

This is the last step before public launch.
By helping here, you’re not only helping me — you’re helping build something I’ve wanted to create the right way for a long time.

If you’re interested, comment below or DM me and I’ll get you added once everything is ready.

Let’s launch this thing 🦭🔥

Crypto and PayPal is very much accepted in my country.

Do I find the private Google Play testing link in the Play Store?
Sorry, I had to remove that previous message. I skipped a step, everyone has to join the Google Group first. Then when the link goes live, I will reshare it with everyone in the mass mail I sent. I'll keep you updated. Sorry for the confusion.

Early Access Testing is now Available

A lot of you have already received a direct message from me advising of the next steps for testing. If there is anyone else interested in being a part of Reward Walrus Early Access. Please send me a direct message with your email address.

Everyone is welcome to join early access.

Reward Walrus needs 5 more testers! If you haven't already joined the Google Group via email invitation and downloaded the app, you can do so now. If you would like to sign up and haven't already, sent me a PM! :)
