That must be what people do. They're throwing solid things to the drainage blocking the passage of the flood which is why the flood scatter.
My close relative live there when I asked him about this extraordinary rain. He told me that they used artificial rain system too frequently that's why the whole weather condition disturbed markedly.

My cousin was supposed to be home last month but she postponed it because of the flooding in Dubai airport and the sweltering heat in the Philippines.
Most times this is the problem. Even here in my region I noticed same. hopefully people would realise this and stop.
