I have just been informed by my crypto exchange that all my wallet addresses for the different tokens that I have has been changed. And that I should login to view my new wallet addresses for tokens.

Why did they have to change all the wallet addresses? Am I still safe?

Unfortunately, you didn't mention where you got the information from, whether from email, Whatsapp or from their official site/apps, which I'm afraid you will get a phishing attack. Be careful of lots of scams.
That could be possible. She didn't mention where she got the info but it seemed from the site where she registered her crypto.

I have joined many crypto exchange sites, but none of them provide address change information, what if we are transferring/depositing large amounts of crypto, of course it will be lost. As far as I know, the address cannot be changed by the exchange because the address is on the blockchain.

Apart from not mentioning the source of the information received, the thread creator did not mention the name of the crypto exchange and did not respond to comments, so its veracity is doubtful. A change in address means the loss of the crypto balance located at that address.

I don't know how it works but I believe before a wallet address can be changed like that, it would be notified to all users to withdraw their crypto.
I agree with you, if a crypto exchange is going to replace a wallet, either a cloud wallet or a hard wallet, it will certainly be announced first so that users don't lose their crypto. If we check the crypto address on the blockchain, there will be a balance and transaction history.

The name of the crypto wallet is called Breet. It is a local Nigerian crypto exchange. They sent the information through push notifications from their app.

That's crucial then. There's a possibility that it will happen. It's better not to entertain that info. It might be a trap.

The most important thing is that you till have all your wallets and you were informed. It's probably for security purposes or they simply had an update in their system.
