Creating a meal plan is not just for people who go broke. We all need to have a meal plan to ensure we spend money on foods wisely. I eat more vegetables and fish than meat. But having a well-balanced diet is also important.

Yes, you are so right on that we can save some if live in frugality though feeling broke with being frugal, the fact remains that you won't go broke if plan everything especially the meal planning.
