I have an empty space in my compound that I have secured to use and start a business. The business that comes to my mind is a bar business. The area is dominated by students.

Would a bar be a perfect business for that kind of location?

I really don't think that students would really have the need to patronize a bar, especially in these hard times.

In my opinion, a bar business in a campus area is not appropriate, besides students not having their own income, it will also damage their mentality if they have to drink alcohol, there are many types of businesses that are suitable and beneficial for students.

I get the analogy. So that students would not get to drink excessively. But it is ethical in my country though as university students are seen as adults.
