According to the report, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian reportedly sustained a leg injury while fleeing an Israeli airstrike targeting a Supreme National Security Council meeting in western Tehran on June 16, according to IRGC-linked sources. The strike, said to mimic a previous assassination attempt on Hezbollah leader Nasrallah, used precision-guided munitions to block escape routes.
