The external affairs ministry stated on Monday that New Delhi will not give in to nuclear blackmail, making that Pakistan Army chief Asim Munir's new nuclear threats against India raise questions about the integrity of nuclear command and control in a nation where the "military is hand-in-glove with terrorist groups." Randhir Jaiswal, a spokesman for the external affairs ministry, claimed that Munir's comments while in a friendly nation like the US were "regrettable" and argued that "nuclear sabre-rattling is Pakistan's stock-in-trade."

India and Pakistan controversy is likely to continue becaise of belief system. Pakistan is more of moslem and want to conquer India's other religion. India is more inclined to western education and looking earnestly for economic and technological development than religious sentiments.
