“Grey Wolf” l Ukrainian Fighter Pilot Who Returned From Retirement To Fight Russia Killed In Combat

According to the report, Ukraine Air Force pilot Colonel Oleksandr Oksanchenko, nicknamed “Grey Wolf”, has been killed in air combat against Russia. Oksanchenko’s jet was shot down over Kyiv by the Russian S-400 Triumf Air Defence Missile System on February 25. He was Ukraine's Air Force display pilot for the Su-27 from 2013 to 2018. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky posthumously awarded the pilot the title of “Hero of Ukraine” for his bravery in the face of Putin's military onslaught.
