I find it pathetic that Putin is purporting to have the moral authority to order Ukrainian troops to leave their battlefield positions. This while Russia has been invading Ukraine for over two years.

Putin cannot order Zelenskyy. They are enemies, and they will fight to the end. Putin cannot scare the Ukrainian President. It is just Putin's wishful thinking.
