It’s funny how when our income increases, our expenses somehow grow with it too. At first, we think, “I’ll finally be able to save more,” but then we start upgrading — better food, nicer clothes, a new phone, or more nights out. Before we know it, our spending habits have caught up with our salary.
I feel like it’s something a lot of us fall into without realizing it. Do you think earning more really helps people save more? Or does it just make us spend more without noticing?
