2027: APC dismisses speculation of replacing Shettima

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed claims that Vice President Kashim Shettima could be replaced as President Bola Tinubu’s running mate in the 2027 general election
The party’s national publicity secretary, Felix Morka, clarified in a statement on Monday that such speculations are “purely speculative, untrue and utterly baseless.” He urged media organisations to avoid amplifying rumours from “news sources of questionable provenance” intended only to sow confusion and discord.
