25-year-old woman arrested as she attempted to sell her three-year-old daughter

Yetunde Gbadebo, the Ogun State Police Command has arrested a 25-year-old woman, who attempted to sell her three-year-old daughter in the state.

She was caught on the morning of July 25, 2024, on Aladiye Street in Sagamu, while negotiating with a 38-year-old man identified as Sunday None to sell the baby for N700,000.

A resident who witnessed the negotiation alerted the police and the suspects were apprehended.
