There are three main ways to finance working capital: debt, equity, and cash flow. Debt financing involves borrowing money from a lender, usually a bank, to cover the costs of running a business. Equity financing involves selling shares of the company to investors in exchange for funding. Cash flow financing is when the business uses its own cash reserves to cover expenses. Each option has its own benefits and drawbacks, so it's important to weigh the pros and cons before deciding which is right for your business.

Basically working capital is the difference between total assets and liabilities. Meanwhile, Seasonal is a type of variable cost and will be paid for by company funding sources or from profits. Meanwhile, growth will also be paid for by company profits and share issuance. Permanent is a type of fixed cost that must be present to run or operate a business, so how can it be paid for with a long-term source of finance.

Utilize business loans or lines of credit, optimize inventory management to free up cash, and negotiate favorable payment terms with suppliers. These strategies can effectively finance working capital.
