According to the report, nearly 30 key organizers were arrested, and more than 60 victims were rescued after a coordinated multi-state investigation targeted a network operating through massage parlors across the United States.

The report said that the operation, led by the FBI and Immigration and Customs Enforcement under Operation Coast to Coast, uncovered a structured system involving recruitment, transportation, financial coordination, and cross-state movement designed to avoid detection.

The report added that federal investigators linked multiple storefronts across several states through shared financial patterns, shell companies, and centralized oversight. Authorities stated that the businesses functioned as interconnected cells rather than isolated locations, with profits routed through layered transactions before moving overseas.

Additionally, officials described the case as one of the most coordinated domestic trafficking investigations in recent years, emphasizing that synchronized raids were necessary to prevent suspects from warning each other or relocating victims.
