A 40-year-old man, Tauya Mungate, has been arrested in Mungate Village, Chinhamora, Zimbabwe, for allegedly beating his 13-year-old niece to death after accusing her of stealing a $10 bill.

The suspect has long be taken in for beating his niece to death for stealing a mere $10

It is very unfortunate that a young girl life is terminated brutally and unjustly. The man should face the law. In Africa, beating children as form of punishment is rampant and it should be discouraged.
