Some businesses are surviving based on the personal heroics of the business owner. And the business doesn't have structures.

Can most small business owners travel for a 30 day vacation and the business still runs? If not, that is yet to be a business.

It is one thing to start a business, it is another thing to smoothly run the business with the right people and structures in place. The goal of every entrepreneur is to have a business that is operational even in their absence.

True growth is when your business is still able to generate money for you even when you are absent. This is the go of every business owner.

When a business tries to look into the future and build systems, that's only when it can survive such recess by the owner.

Yes, and this won't work for a single business owner who is just starting. There is still so much they need to put in place.
