I personally have vast experience of business, I totally agreed with it as a calm mind can handle any situation in business, customers mostly irritate us. Like if the price of a commodity is $20 they may ask for us to give it in $19, so we need to handle them with calm mind, and show reality as we even didn't purchased it on that price.

You have to get to a certain point as an entrepreneur where these things naturally come to you. It is a gradual process to get there. You don't lose your sanity because of losses. I actually believe that you need to be calm as an entrepreneur, even in the face of crisis.
