I would step down from my company and hand it over to one of the senior staff and take the ministerial appointment. I would be monitoring and supervising the business from the background.

I simply just have to appoint a manager who would help me manage the business wthin that four years. Technology has made everything a lot easier these days as i don't even have to be there for me to still know all that is happening in the business.
I would leave the company as soon as possible and take up the government appointment. The company must have had hierarchy. They should take over the company. I would enter government and see how I can influence policies to favour the company.
