A High Court in South Africa on Friday convicted and sentenced businessman, Rameez Patel to life imprisonment for the mvrder of his wife, Fatima Choomara Patel, 28
Patel, 38, was sentenced to an additional five years’ imprisonment for unlawful possession of a firearm and three years’ imprisonment for unlawful possession of ammunition.

The court also declared the accused unfit to possess a firearm.
