I think this business has to go down in history as the one with the highest rate of staff turnover that I have seen. In 3 months of closely patronizing this grocery shop, there has been 3 different persons working there since it is a one staff kind of business. What could be the possible causes of the high rate of staff turn over?

It's possible the owner is not impressed with the work performance of the staff, or there could be something in particular he is looking for in the staff that he has not found.

It is possible that the owner is not doing a great job, or it could be the opposite. Maybe the owner chose to bring in a family member for help, and they agreed to work during different months, or maybe they simply volunteered to help out.
