An air traveler bound for Singapore was stopped with a firearm in their carry-on luggage on Wednesday morning at NAIA> The report said that PNP Aviation Security Group Director Police Brigadier General Christopher Abecia said that OTS personnel fagged the item in the passengers ‘carry-on luggage at around 11 in the morning.
During the inspection, it was learned that the item was confirmed as a .40 caliber firearm. He passenger will face charges of violation of carrying firearms and the Omnibus Election Code, because it is almost the election period.
