It is a school and the said staff has a romantic affair with the father of one of her pupils. The man's wife has threatened to withdraw the children from the school because of that. It has already blown up and the staff has admitted to the affair.

As a business owner, am I supposed to react to what two consenting adults are doing even though one is a staff and the other a married client? Should I retain my staff and let the man's wife withdraw the kids? Or sack the staff for the woman to keep the kids?

I would sack the staff. It would be adjudged that the school has a reputation for that of the staff is not sacked.

The truth of the matter is that they are both adults, and I can't really control what they do, but where the issue lies is the fact that it is now affecting my business. If this would affect the business in the long run, am going to have to let the staff go.

Most likely in this case, it would surely affect the business as they are about to lose a client. The staff should go.

Yes the staff should go as the person didn't love his or her job. You don't bring disgrace to my business you must go
