A staff that is insubordinate to management. Should such a staff still be kept?

There are some staff that are insubordinate to management to the point that they would refuse to do what management instructs. Isn't it right to just summarily fire such as staff before he spoils the organization?

Why would a staff be in a organization and is insubordinate? I as a manager, I would fire him quickly.

I don't see any reason for keeping such a staff though, the best cause of action would be to remove them.

insubordinate staff should not be kept. Insubordination, which is the act of refusing to follow a supervisor's instructions or showing disrespect towards management should not be tolerated

An insubordinate staff can make the business fail literally. I would chase such a staff away immediately.
