A business quite close to me had one of the staff putting in a resignation letter to the business owner. And the reason given for the resignation? The staff said he has outgrown that organization. What would come to your head as the business owner? What would you do to prevent such from occurring in future?

Lol you can't be bigger than my company and still work under the company. In such a case I will let go of that staff.
Reading the post, the poster stated that the staff was already resigning. But that is a big blow to the owner of the organization. Might force him to upgrade the company.

It depends, some staffs might say this just to get under your skin even when the business is doing really well, but it's good to see this as a motivational reminder though.

But even at that it is just saucy of the worker to put the words that way. Whst happens to being diplomatic

Maybe the worker doesn't even rate the organization at all and was probably doing the organization a favor working with them.
