Abimbola Ogunbanjo's family sues Southern California helicopter.

Abimbola Ogunbanjo family of the late former Chairman of the Nigerian Exchange Group killed in a Southern California helicopter crash in February on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against the US helicopter company.

The crash killed the former Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings, Dr Herbert Wigwe, his wife and son.This is because the
family believed that the flight should have been grounded due to treacherous weather.which the company did not.

This oversight made Wigwe, his wife and his son died following the helicopter crashing in California at Nevada border, United States.
