Sometimes ad networks are not showing the ads properly and the publisher revenues reduce drastically. How to find out if there is a problem with the ad network software/server or they are intentionally cheating the online publisher?

I believe the best think is to contact them. It is very possible that there might be a problem with the ad network software/server.
They’re not cheating the online publisher if their ads aren’t able to be displayed.
