Ad networks not suitable for low traffic websites

Some of the more popular ad networks are openly stating that they cannot pay low traffic websites anything despite showing their ads to the visitors. Does anyone else face this problem of not being paid for displaying advertising on low traffic websites?

Some ad networks will not even accept some sites that use to have low traffic. The best thing to do is to find way to build your traffic. Without traffic, a blog is good as death.
