Adding additional menu

I've mentioned in my previous post about our cook refusing to innovate and change or add menu to our food items in our eatery business.
She must have observed that business is becoming slow and that her income is also affected so she told us that we will modify our menu and finally conceded to our suggestion. We will sell beef broth menu which has become popular in our place we call it beef pares. We will sell combo meal wrapped in banana leaves consisting of rice and saucy meat strips.
I hope this works as business is really slow these past months.

We haven't started, we will start this coming week. Classes were suspended almost the whole week last week so there are not much customers.

That's great. We need to do some innovations with the time to make our business grow. If we don't make some good changes then we should get ready to lose our customers.

That is a great decision. It is easy to get bored with the same old menu when ordering from restaurants or eateries. Adding a new dish from time to time can be a great way to switch things up and keep things interesting. In my case, I love beef pares and think it is a yummy option to factor in. Good luck!!!
