There is an online business with so many virtual customers and I was among those customers. That seller becomes my permanent online store. No matter how people are not swayed.

The reason behind it is the manner the online business owner addresses his customers so witty. He calls them sweetie , dear, or honey. He is a sweet guy 😊😍. I like him calling me sweetie so I buy on his online store weekly.

How we address our customers matters a lot. Customers wants to be treated as royalty, hence they will be loyal to whoever treats them well.
 
Our emotions are carried once someone like a business owner calls us sweetly. I am so amused when that online seller calls me sweetie and sometimes, honey. I remember my ex- bf ,lol.
