I came across this post from the admins of braviton.social, and it’s pretty wild. They caught some users who cheated their system and then started spreading lies about braviton. Basically, this guy elDavis got caught using a VPN to mess with their referral program and when they blocked him, he came here to this forum, to trashtalk them. Then there’s Starmix, who won a contest, thanked the admins and then also came here to talk crap about them. Theiir moderator shared screenshots and everything, and they’re warning other sites to watch out for these kinds of people.

Honestly this stuff worries me. In the last few months, two sites I was on bizdustry and indexforum, shut down. They were good sites that actually paid people, but I think it was because of situations like this scams, abuse, and users causing problems. By the way, I only found DB thanks to indexforum. Now I’m concerned that the same thing could happen to braviton or even discusionbucks if people start exploiting them like this. It’s a real problem and I think admins everywhere should pay attention.

I’m not sure if we’re allowed to share links here but if anyone needs it, here’s the full text.
I also took screenshots just in case

What do you think of all this? Do such situations threaten to paying forums?

I'm a Nigerian and I have had issues like this where I'm accused of using a VPN and my account was threatened by forumrace admin @Mike30 to be banned and he was to pay me about $60 that same day. he said I was gaming his site and might have a double account because I was using a VPN. I didn't understand because I wasn't using one. I logged into sites with my Opera Mini browser because it is easy to use but little did I know that our home network uses public shared network for we Nigerians. So the IP addresses changes at will. it took @Mike30 using some tools to know I wasn't lying. I think even @eLdavis had to step in at some point to explain things to him and for him to understand before releasing my funds. I dont know how we Nigerians can address this issue so that we are not always seen like scammers having double or multiple accounts on earning sites @eLdavis @King Belieal @magnus2022 @Fidelia

Did you get paid in the end? I use a VPN myself sometimes, but I never enable it on sites where I make money. By the way, my friend also has an ISP that changes his IP address every day, but his geolocation never changes, he always stays in Madagascar, but if you change Madagascar's geoposition during the day to the US and then to Japan, it's definitely a VPN. ISPs don't change your IP address to 3 different countries during the day.

Oh, and that user with the nickname eldavis admitted to using VPN, I just reread the post.

Yeah when he realised the truth he paid me. This ISP thing is really confusing to me as I'm on this site now I'm not using a VPN but my location isn't showing Nigeria now same w ith @magnus2022 even when he is not online here for several days. I think we need to find a way to address this issue with our network providers

Braviton.social is a legit site. I’m still not making much money because it is still in its early stages. What I love about it is its high security. We don’t want scammers there. The moderators are very supportive and generous to those who post quality content.
