Sometimes we don't realize we're spending a lot of money on pricey snacks. I used to indulge in international snacks like Pringles, Lay's, Cheetos, Ruffles, and so on. There's also pizza and hamburgers. They are relatively pricey in our country. However, I have chosen to limit my purchases of such products, especially because everything is becoming more expensive owing to inflation and I need to save more money. So I switched to more affordable snacks like peanut butter and crackers. I get local peanut butter from a bakery in our area. Sometimes I just grab an apple to munch on. How about you?

I think for me it is groundnut, peanut butter and maybe chocolate. These are cheap but nice option here in my country

I agree with you. Peanut butter doesn't have to be expensive, especially if you buy it from a local bakery. The locally-made peanut butter tastes much better than the imported ones, and it won't break the bank.

It's better to eat full breakfast and full lunch to avoid hunger in between. The body might get used to eating causing a weight increase.

Yes, a full breakfast can fit the bill. However, sometimes, we can’t help but get hungry, especially if we are stressed.

I don't do more than biscuits if I want to take snacks. And biscuits in my place don't cost up to 10 cents. I see many people spend up to $3 on snacking. That's wastage.

Haha. Yes, that is a waste of money. That is why I do not have expensive snacks anymore. Moreover, most of them are not good for our health and well-being.

This days it would be extremely hard to find affordable snacks. Over here all the snacks are becoming very expensive, especially if you want to eat something reasonable.

Groundnut is good energy giving food and equally cheap. I cook groundnut soup and eating cooked groundnut. Here, groundnut is cheap and readily available. I always eat potatoes a lot. I think these two food is good for frugal people like me.

This could be a good option but you might still end up being hungry in between depending on the nature of activities that you have to carry out for that day.

We used to eat snacks here in the morning and in the afternoon. I feel hungry during snack time. Even in posting, it hungers us lol.
