After 21 years of marriage, actor Scott Wolf, 57, and his wife Kelley Wolf, 48, are headed for divorce.

The longtime couple got married in 2004 and are parents to three young children: Jackson, Miller and Lucy.

Kelley confirmed the divorce from the Party Of Five star, 57, in a cryptic Instagram post on Tuesday, June 10.

She wrote: "It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage.

"This has been a long, quiet journey for me—rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children."

Kelley did not reveal the reason for the split but later spoke about "healing" and finding "freedom" in this next chapter of her life.

She also referred to Scott as "one of the best partners a woman could have the privilege of sharing life with" before asking fans to respect their family's privacy.
