Agreement Reached on Release of South Korean Workers

South Korea and the United States have reached an agreement to secure the release of approximately 300 South Korean workers who were detained during a recent immigration enforcement operation at a Hyundai factory construction site in Georgia.
Only administrative procedures remain before the workers can return home. Once these steps are completed, a chartered flight will transport the South Korean nationals back to their country.
