All banks in Japan to start using XRP.

Indications from Japan suggests that all the banks on Japan would be using XRP for transactions. This was contained in an announcement made by the CEO of SBI, Yoshikata Kitao.

Seems it might be a good place for XRP to pump. What do you think?
